I was looking at used units but with the dealer & factory incentives and the stimulus tax refund, the new Class B was very attractive so I bought new.

Dealer gave us a super price - they want to move these things!

Yes, dealer & factory incentives, plus a sales tax rebate in this year's tax bill, really pushed me into buying a new PW Ascent TS. It wasn't cheap -- but in today's financial situation dealers are willing to give MAJOR discounts, and I am satisfied with the price. I'm in central Iowa, and the Northern Illinois dealer even DELIVERED it -- in February! That was what made the deal, between two other dealers with similar price reductions. What steered me to a new rig was how well the newer ones are equipped. We are the beneficiaries of the efforts of all those whose projects improved their rigs, I reckon.

I have a REAL hard time coughing up $70-$100 thousand dollars for anything that's not classified as REAL property. Looked at used everything, mostly RT and PW class "B's". Then found this 1999 unit where everything works and only 25,001 miles on it(put 1500mi on it in the first 2 weeks). Runs like new with new tires/new dual batteries/full service and inspection. $16,760 OTD tags/title/ins/and a full tank of gas............Mike

Like many of the others we looked for used, but wound up with a very good deal on a new 07 Roadtrek 190P, in Oct of 08. It had the new roof style and the other things that go with that, so it was just exactly the same as the 2008 and later. We too, wouldn't cough up the 70-100K mentioned, but ours was only 58K
