If your significant other has short legs, this may help them out. My wife has short legs, and the seat would always put pressure on the back of her thighs while sitting in the front seat, so I built this for her. This is such an easy project (plywood, scraps of 2x4 or 2x6, a couple short nails, wood glue and a chunk of leftover carpet) but it may make a world of difference to someone who needs it.

Did you make it tall enough so that she can reach the dropped floor when the seat is rotated? I am 5' 7" and my feet don't touch in the rotated position. We rarely rotated the seats so not a big deal now, and it also allowed me to remove the rotator on the driver seat and install a power track and pedestal. I can now get about an inch lower and with variable seat bottom tilt so find it more comfortable driving long distances.

The front seats in our 08210P rotate 90 degrees with the seat backs towards each other, so they don't turn around like a 190 does. I was bummed when I discovered this after our purchase. I could cut the tab off the base that prevents this if I needed to, but..............

I have never seen or heard of that problem. On our 07 we have to start with seat in one position for and aft and then when it gets to a certain amount turned move it to a different one. If we didn't do that they would only go about 90*.

I just went and looked and I stand corrected. It does spin around backwards, or nearly backwards. There is still a metal stop so the seat doesn't spin all the way around, but it does go backwards. Makes me wonder what I did or didn't do when I did this the first time. I did move the seat forward so that it would spin, but not sure what I didn't do right.

So no, I didn't make the stool high enough for her feet when the seat is turned around.

It depends on the direction of the turn. Viewed from above, clockwise for the driver and counter clockwise for the passenger.

If turned the other way the backs are against each other which is used to align the front seat to the rear seat for another sleeping position. I made 2 folding mattresses for my Versatile to sleep a total of 4 on a couple of trips. Came in handy when we needed it but movements must be choreographed at bedtime.
