Extended Warranties...

....We were getting ready to head to our family vacation, but I wanted my 5-Star Chrysler mechanic/brother-in-law to listen to our 2016 Roadtrek Simpliciy for an engine noise. I thought it was a rocker arm since these 6 cyl Pentastar engines I guess are known for this problem. I seemed to be getting a little louder, so he checked it out and turns out to be a cracked flywheel. had to cancel drive and book flights instead, Big Bummer!! BUT we do have the warranty on the engine/drive train and more through "USA Travel Care"...anybody ever have to deal with these people? They are rated A+ by the BBB. Just wondering. Our van is scheduled next week for repairs, hoping it all goes smoothly.
