The older you get the higher the seat you will want regardless of tilt and lean. Your knees and diminished strength of your thighs will tell you. Push up and off arms are also a help.

If anyone buys the Zip Dee chair comment on this thread when you get them. Amazing that the Ebay used price stays so high. Many must not know they are still for sale new. They have been around a long time. I think Airstream trailers were delivered with them. Maybe they still are.

We have those zip dee chairs that came with our 1997 COuntry Coach. they are still like brand new. THey sit a tad low to the ground, so we dont really use them have them for overflow for guests.

We have the GCI Pico directors chairs and they really store small. i am liking those.
Previously we did a bag chair from Dicks Sporting goods, that had cup holders in the arms and sat pretty tall so are easy to get out of, unlike older style bag chairs. Those are comfy. The best chair if you have the space are Picnic Time director chairs with the flip up side table.

I just got the Alps Mountaineering Camp Chair, it passed our comfort, getting up (alloy knee), sturdiness and folding tests. The chair fits nicely behind the sofa, still allowing visibility through rear windows. I just need to make some hanging brackets. So, I will be getting the second one with a footrest for my wife. I bought Zero Gravity Patio chair to use on my front patio. Previously, I had some metal furniture that, while sturdy, lacked in comfort. Seeking a solution that was both more soft and also perhaps undulating in a slow rocking motion, I sought a rocking chair and eventually stumbled on this item. The chair is fairly comfortable, it rocks gently back and forth, the color is nice, and overall it is enjoyable to sit in for extended periods of time.

I recently bought Coleman chair, very satisfied with it. The width of the seat is nice and slightly cushioned on the seat and backrest. Comes with a built-in cooler. You can consider it.

Wow, tough question. There are lots of good chairs out there, I have a few. If you need to sit to a table I like the ‘Core’ lawn chair it’s well made. The ‘Coleman’ with the bungee seat suspension, very comfortable but not good sitting to a table. I also like the ‘Director’ chair with the side table.
Your best place to shop for a folding is Amazon, important to read the reviews.
Vague but hopefully helps a little.

I don't know what "high quality" means in a camping chair, but I have found the Ozark chairs do the job. I purchased from Walmart at 9.99ea for the mesh-back. If you don't have a walmart near you Amazon has them for $15.00 including shipping:

"High quality" to us is more about comfort, back support, and durability. We do not find the typical sling chair very comfortable. We have had our Alps for 17 years.
