Grumpy old man

I hate hiring anything done and get tired of feeling like a grumpy, disgruntled old man. I had my van painted 2 years ago at Smiths in Arcadia FL. I paid an extra $700 for a higher quality paint.
I am redoing my rear side windows, looking like rain so I used some masking tape and plastic sheet to cover the area. When I pulled the tape off the paint came with it! So now I cannot just pull the tape off, it is another project.

I would go back to them and tell them you aren't happy and think they should fix that. It looks like it is singal stage white paint? that has let go over the primer so some reason, but usually poor prep. Better paint can hold up better to the elements but can't overcome pour prep on non use of a bonding primer and careful cleaning between coats of finish. Did the furnish any kind of warranty with it?

No warranty. I will touch it up myself, I have no desire to deal with this guy again.
