House battery (both) not turning on --

First, I am not technical and tend to take my van to a professional for issues like this. But, I'm interested in what might be the problem so -- here goes.

I have a 2018 Roadtrek SRT. When I camp I always hook up to city power. But this past weekend when I disconnected from city power, both battery indicator lights did not turn on. I drove some 4 hours and still they didn't turn on. What might be the problem?

There are steps to restart your batteries, but I stuck to the AGM systems. If you are on Facebook, I suggest that you join the Simplicity and Zion owners page. It is a friendly group and they know these systems. There are also some Roadtrek videos... and other youtube videos that could help you.

If you are a new owner, are these still the original batteries? You may have an issue with your so-called "kicker battery" which is an AGM backup battery to protect the lithiums. It might be ready for replacement.
