One thing I have noticed is Class B's being based on the Sprinter 4x4 Van. Seems these are ok for mildly Off Road fire trails etc I noticed Winnebago started this trend in the US. I do not know how many other Class B manufacturers are doing this in the US? Here in Australia it is certainly gaining momentum. This is rhe Paradise Motorhomes Oasis 4x4. ( interesting story about this manufacturer, but not relevant to this post)

Definitely seeing more Sprinter 4x4-based Class B RVs these days — awesome for light off-roading and remote camping. Seems like the trend is picking up everywhere!
Also, side note — when I’m not traveling, I drive a BMW F30 and I’m thinking about upgrading to a carbon fiber steering wheel. Found these custom options — has anyone tried them out?
Really no idea how many producers of 4x4 Class B Sprinters in Australia , you do not see many as Commercial Vans in Australia, they seemed to have died out. As hire tourist Class B Motorhomes yes. You also get more Off Road capable Toyota HiAce 4x4 Conversions and Small Japanese Bus 4x4 Conversions ( non converted are as common as conventional Class B's in Australia and New Zealand where they are known colloquially as ' Coasters ") IVECO Daily Vans 4x4 are used as the base of Expedition Vehicles 4x4 base comes from the factory and is provided by an Italian Company associated with the Italian military
