Installing Powered Subwoofer in Rear of Roadtrek Agile

We're installing a powered subwoofer under the rear bench in our Agile. Power will come from the inverter 12V terminals. I'll need to run a low level audio cable (line level) from the head unit to the subwoofer. I'm looking for suggestions on routing the cable. Thanks for your thoughts!

Can you you use BT instead of a wire, higher cost but low labor.
