Looking for 1997-2003 Roadtrek 190 on the East Coast

Hi all,
My best friend and I now work remotely in Maryland due to COVID and are looking for a late 90's/early 2000's Roadtrek 190. We are currently scouring Craigslist/RV Trader/Facebook but are hoping someone who is on the fence about selling may see this post. Our budget is approximately $15-20k and we are mostly concerned about regular maintenance and little to no rust. No generator is a plus for us. There are several RT190s and 210s for sale by private owners in my general area (Daytona Beach), one in Orlando (Craigslist, 1998,RT190 60000 miles, $16,500) (Tampa at Lazy Days RV, 1998 RT190 137857 miles was $11000)
