I have been full timing for the last 10 years with a Safari Trek. I still live in my Trek with I like a lot.

and plan on keeping it. However, I am now looking for a Winnebago Rialta for fishing trips and snowbirding. I have one main concern about the Rialta water heater operating only on electric and what they call engine Motoraid. How long must the engine run to produce enough hot water for a quick shower?

IF you like your trek that much , just wait to try a Rialta …….

we had a Westfalia before ,,,the added space ,the real bed ( FD ) all for the better !

depending on the outside temperature ,id say 30-40 minutes to obtain warm shower ....

Dan, Thanks for your reply. I have tryed to enter several posts since my introduction post and none have shown. I just changed over from internet explorer to google chrome to see if that will work. Here goes.

Dan, it worked! It's interesting that you have an FD model. That's the one I'm interested in.

I like the idea of the large ready setup bed.

For my wife , the full time bed was the priority ....

After living in a Westfalia 5 months a year ,,,,,she started to het doing/undoing the Seat/bed ....

The Rialta drives like a car .....

I had a Econoline camper before too , drived like a truck but believe me the Rialta is a driver heaven ( for an RV )

cheap on gas too ,

sleek , nice looks , aluminum build coach , well designed , just enough space lo LIVE in it !

the only negative (for me ) it sits low ,,,,,gotta watch the tanks valves
