Looking for exterior door panel

I'm looking for the valance panel for the bottom of the exterior door for a 2000 Rialta. It's just a trim piece, but would look better (the original one is missing). I'm located in Massachusetts, and I'd be glad to pay for shipping & handling.

Some members have replaced with sheet metal. I take it this is the inside of the door?

It's the external body panel -- fiberglass piece added to the metal, which is fine. It's not a functional thing; just for appearance.

If you want Rialta parts, there is a current listing for parts on Seattle craigslist. 2000 model.
I don't have a dog in this fight, I don't have a rialta and I don't know the seller, I just saw both listings and thought it might work out.
Possibly for others too.
