Decided to make a 1 night stay in FL. I have owned an RV for 26 years and never been asked for an RVIA, never not once. My RT does not have one, might have had it before I had it painted? 02C200P
Would you like to regenerate the title as well as the summary?
Thank you, I see they have went from a cheap plastic emblem to a cheaper sticker! I was thinking if if I see an RV in a scrap yard I will pull the emblem off. They do not seem to have anyway to track or check on them. This is what's on our 2008 RT 210. Can you have someone print this picture as a sticker and put it on the camper?
26 years with an RV and never been asked and never heard of anyone else being asked for it. I did hear about them in the bus conversion community but they treated it like a joke.I googled the RVIA number after I posted the previous comment and read the same thing.
You may be able to call roadtrek and give them the model info and VIN number and they may send a sticker.
Honestly, until this question was posted on here, I never paid any attention to that sticker before. I just happened to look at it as we were going into the camper last night and I looked a little closer.
I refuse to stay at any KOA!The Diamond Lake, WA KOA campground (35 miles north of Spokane) was happy to let us in with our tent, but a year later when we returned with our brand new DIY Promaster - - we were NOT welcome. In subsequent conversations with KOA management we were informed that - - as independent privately-owned facilities - - their franchisees are free to discriminate. Hmmm, wonder how a McDonald's franchisee would fare if they decided to paint their 'arch', red?
