Monitor panel Not Lighting Up

My monitor control panel for water/black-gray tank/battery levels is not lighting up. I checked all fuses and flipped all circuit breakers. Is it possible all lights could be burned out? The water pump and generator lights do come on the same panel when turned on.

Have you checked to see if your house battery might be drained down, or dead? Ron
