There are dozens of products very similar to that one. Shouldn't be too hard to find one that will match closely enough. Search Amazon or Google for "RV Grab Handle".

If you can't buy a new piece I would consider buying some acrylic rod stock, bending/forming it with a heat gun and replacing it.
