If I were nearby, I'd offer my services for free because that's about what they are worth. But I did a similar conversion on my Chevy Express Airstream Avenue Suite last year. I can barely read schematics, so I just carefully determined what original wires went to what and carefully re-routed them to my new 2 X 100Ah Renogy lithium batteries and 3000W Inverter/Charger. No sparks or flames and it's worked well for the past year.

You'll want to include a DC to DC charger between your lead-acid engine battery & alternator and your new lithium coach batteries. Also, you need a Battery state-of-charge (SOC) Monitor to track charging and draw from your new lithium batteries as voltage alone only works with lead-acid for assessing the battery charge state at any given point. I used Renogy components for each.

Here is my crude wiring drawing plus a diagram I made from a screen-shot from a Renogy video.

Note: I originally used 4ga. wiring as it was the original gauge. I later upgraded to 4/0 wiring which was a huge overkill and hard to work with. 1/0 gauge is a good compromise while still being mild overkill.
