Thanks for the add, I'm not new to RVing but new to a 2018 Coachmen Galleria 24FL LI3 class B. I bought it from a private owner who had very little info on it. I'm sure I'll be asking a bunch of questions down the road and will appreciate any and all feedback.

I have the same year and floor plan and glad I do, except no lithium system. I'll solve one conundrum for you - the GFI outlet is in the outside 120V outlet on the patio side, which is about the last place anyone (like me) would look for it. Owner's manuals are online from Coachmen but too large to attach here, as is the Mercedes biodiesel guidance (from MB online). However, I have attached some other items I've collected which should give you a good start. I will be happy to try to answer any questions as they come up. Happy travels!
