Just bought my dad's '87 Dodge B350 camper van. I didn't know much about it, but after extensive Googling, found out it's a Cobra Discoverer conversion.

Looks like whoever re-did the inside replaced the shower with cabinets, and added a microwave. Otherwise, it seems to be pretty original. I can't believe what good shape it's in for being a 19 year old rig. Just drove it from MT to OR with no issues (other than being limited to 30mph over the passes, and being blow around like a toy boat in the wind.) :D

I'll try to get some photos up at some point--there don't seem to be many photos online of this particular conversion.
 
Congrats on the purchase.

One of the issues with those years of Dodge vans is the narrow differential. If you look behind the van you can see the difference. It was done this way so they only needed one differential size for single or dual rears.

Many ways to fix it, you can check numerous discussions of it on this forum.
 
Thanks Bruceper! I'll search around for info on the differential. That's one I hadn't come across yet.
