A man flying in a hot air balloon finally realizes he is lost. He spots a person on the ground and lowers the balloon to within shouting range.

"Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?", he yells.

The person yells back, "Yes. You're in a hot air balloon hovering about 25 meters above this field."

"You must work in Information Technology", says the balloonist.

"I do", replies the one with feet firmly on the ground. "How did you know?"

"Well", says the balloonist, "everything you have told me is technically correct but not particularly useful."

The person yells up, "You must be a business executive."

The balloonist yells down, "Yes, I am. How did you know?"

"Well, you don't know where you are or where you're going, yet expect me to help. You're in the same position as before we met, but now it's my fault."
