Pick my 02 Rialta yesterday already rim issues

drove two hours home. Woke up this morning flat tire. Would not fill with air, took off to the tire shop looks like rim was welded. Took to a weld shop welder told me not worth fixing. The weld won’t hold.

I put the spare on, the rims on amazon say 16inch Rialta rim. Seem light weight like half the weight on current steal rim.

Anyone buy these, would it be safe to order these?
