Recommendations for new tires?

Our ‘97 RT170 GVWR rating is 1497 kg ( 3294 lbs)front and 1746 kg (3842 lbs)rear for a total of 3243 kg (7135 lb)
This is posted on the driver’s door jamb and on the detailed sticker on the inside of the door below the sink. Both issued by Roadtrek.
Thanks! That is very helpful. Apparently, the 1999 RT 170 is heavier than then the 1997 and Roadtrek does indeed recommend LT, not P, tires. Though they recommend LT225/75R16 D and the previous owner had on LT245/75R16 E, so bigger tires with a higher load range. I am inclined to replace them with the same size. Also, Roadtrek's tire pressure recommendation for the smaller tire is probably not applicable to the larger tires that are on there, so I am not sure what I should keep them at. I have kept them at 60psi all around for the last several years on a mechanic's recommendation.

I am no tire expert but this is what I would do. Weight the unit fully loaded with everything and every body including the dog that you would take on a trip. Next find the Load and inflation table for the tires. Once you find the tables it will be obvious what psi you should run them at.

My opinion and worth what you are paying for it.
