Replacing Dometic RM2354 fridge AC heating element

Hello, My AC heating element on my Dometic RM2354 refrigerator (in a 2005 Sprinter) went out so I ordered a replacement. What I'm wondering is if anyone has replaced one and has the knowledge of how to open up the cylinder so I can slide out the old one and replace it. There seems to be a tab so I'm thinking I need to squeeze the tube so it pops open. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Thanks for the videos, but I've seen those after searching online for "replace Dometic rv refrigerator heating element". None of them had my type of Dometic fridge. My thinking is to either squeeze the the tube to unlock the tab or to bend the tab and then pry off the plate. Before trying either I thought I'd ask. I do appreciate the effort to help!
