I've got a 2015 Chevy 3500 roadtrek 190p that needs a rear sway bar. The two that seem to be available are the Hellwig or the Roadmaster. The roadmaster is $165 more than the Hellwig and the arms point toward the back where the Hellwig point toward the front. The Roadmaster is a 1.5 inch bar while the Hellwig is a 1.375 but without knowing the arm length that doesn't mean much.
I know the generator will need to be moved back for the Hellwig to fit. Does the roadmaster fit without the genny move?
Does anyone have any experience with either of these?
Any complaints or suggestions?
Thanks

Members here have installed both, and both have needed at least some tweaking to get them in properly.

The Hellwig does require the generator to move back 2-3" by all accounts and that has been done by several members. Some, not all, have had some issues with getting the right end links, which I think are dogbones on this bar, correct and the bar arms horizontal.

The Roadmaster bar goes to the rear and is said to clear the generator, but users have also reported have to do some work to get the links and maybe some items out of the way. Very few have used the Roadmaster bar.

A couple of us have built our own setups using circle track splined end arms and removable arms. Ours was able to clear the generator without moving it. Fabrication skills and tools are required to this style, though.
