I saw a small pure sine wave inverter generator at Walmart today.
2 stroke gasoline engine 44cc
digital inverter generator
800w continuous 1000w max
60dB (on web, not on box)
$250
around 18 lbs empty
I think it is a Quinglong QL1000i
The Maximum Continuous Input Power on the Progressive Dynamics converter / charger in my van is 725 watts so a 800/1000w generator could be a good match for it. I was briefly tempted to buy it as it was so small and light weight ............. but I'd have to carry it and extra gas ..........
Photos from the manufacturer - I picked these to show how small & light it is.
