Some waste questions? How to size a holding tank?

I have read every bit of material that came with my 1996 Bigfoot Class B. Nowhere is there information on the size of the tanks- fresh, gray and black.
In general, what size tanks fit in a B? Not a wide body, not a B+, just a regular Ford van Class B. 10, 10 and 25?

I am trying to get an idea how long I can be "out" without dumping. The dumping on this van is very difficult-- a low clearance black tank, the drain hole faces straight down. Very hard to even get the elbow under the drain hole, much less get enough slant to drain.

IS IT POSSIBLE to go to a fiberglass guy and have him open a dump on the SIDE of the tank? Anyone ever done this?
I am thinking it would make it easier to get drain cap on / off, and much easier to attach the hose.

If this is covered somewhere on forum, sorry but my search keywords didn't find it.

To accurately measure tank capacity you'd have to completely drain all the tanks then fill each one from a bucket or container with a known capacity. Add up the amount of water used and you'll know your tank capacity.

Re: moving the waste drain - your tanks are probably plastic. Few materials seem to want to reliably bond to plastic. Any chance of you posting a photo (or sending one to me (markopolo (at) classbforum (dot) com)? How much ground clearance do you have at the drain - could you connect a macerator waste pump?
