Swing away cargo platform heavy duty $160 pickup in So Cal

Bought this Back in 2016 with big plans to make a cargo box for inflatable kayaks. That ptoject didn't happen, and I've got this perfectly fine assembly just sitting there. Paid $300 in 2016, yours for $160. Pickup in Costa Mesa, CA. Or I can drop it off at a cargo company in the Orange County area.

It's a Rola 10421, no longer made but SOLID and in excellent shape. Capacity 250 pounds. Never used.
