We are planning on consigning our 2009 (on a 2008 chassis) Pleasure Way Lexor TS with National Indoor RV. It has about 45,000 miles on it.

Before we take it over there I'm hoping to get an idea of what a fair asking price would be.

Here are a few items about our van.

1. Onan 2800 QG2800i inverter generator installed in 2021 ($3,300 including installation)
2. Coleman Mach 10 NDQ ultra-quiet With soft start installed in 2021 ($2,477 including installation)
3. Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers with Rear Axle,Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount, and General Springs heavy duty front coil springs installed in 2025 ($4,175 installed)
4. Method Race Wheels and Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 tires installed in 2025 ($3,372 installed)
5) Nova Kool R3000 compressor refrigerator installed in 2017 ($820)
6) Solar package, AGM batteries, inverter, etc installed by AM Solar in 2017 ($8,500 installed)
7) Repainting much of the body at Henderson RV in August 2024 ($7,400)

So, what do you think? What should I expect the value they assign will be?

Thanks so much.

What chassis and engine do you have? Are you the original owner? Has it been in any accidents? Any major repairs? The place that you are taking it to may be the best judge on selling prices in your area. You do have 30+k in additions and upgrades; but, your agm batteries may be at the end of their lives. Pictures may help

That would be a Chevy with a 6.0L engine and a 4L80e transmission.

Lots decent options, but as we all know you get a pretty low % of those back at resale. The only one I don't care for is the wheels that are likely the wrong offset but the Lexor original Alcoa wheels were also wrong offset, but IMO very nice wheels and very high quality.

Stored inside or outside can make a difference in underbody rust and such so that is important to buyers.

Probably between $30-40K depending on how bad somebody wants a non full height base van RV. Fiberglass roofs are often said to look to old school. We have Roadtrek Chevy and wouldn't have anything else.
