Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

booster-will this connect to the roadtrek pigtail pressure with no adjustments other than a connecting hose-my head hurts-lol[/quote]

Assuming they used the same regulator setup on the Zion that...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

Ours also has the lever valve on the hose, but I found that harder to control than with big tank valve. Since we normally have the big tank valve off, it is just easier to use it for turning on the...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

Glad to see you got one that works well with the Roadtrek pressure :drinkers: The 15' hose is great, I don't know how folks get along without one.

We did have the excess flow thing happen once...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

Mike is exactly correct, if you have the 15 psi connection, which on many Roadtreks actually uses a 10 psi regulator. I know the one on our 07 has a 15 psi tag on it, says it is 15 psi in the...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

I can't say for sure on your year, but on ours, that has the 10 psi regulator in it, it still has the sticker that says the line is 15 psi   I don't think the difference between 10...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

I really don't think you have your answer :( Unfortunately.

Roadtrek is wrong in saying it is 15 psi. It is really 10 psi. I know because I checked our pressure last year because we were having...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

As far as I know, all the burners used in grills are the same and run on low pressure. Some of the grill manufacturers have conversion kits to go to low pressure LP. Usually, it is just a different...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

This one comes up a lot with Roadtreks. As I mentioned in another post, they use a 10 psi regulator on the propane BBQ hose, so it is neither low pressure or high pressure, just "sort of high".

A...

Re: "RT BBQ hoses/connectors/experiences" type question.

We have found that there are lots of lp stuff, that are designed for bottles, that won't run off the 10 psi from the Roadtrek. Most of the Coleman items are among the ones that don't like the...
