Thanks for the tip, i was ready to use a tip that i found in a search here from Booster. But it went on pretty smooth once i got the tension pulley moved all the way in.

The reason for the breakage

Found the reason for the break, the alternator was seized. and the torck of trying to turn over it must have also cracked the alternator.

Ordered in new belt and alternator , install later this...
