I doubt there would be seat belts sitting sideways in the back which is illegal in some states I imagine. Besides four seats up front is enough for the capacity of that B.

This B appears to sleep four in the back. The lower level with the dinette table is a typical twin bed design. The upper bed which looks like a full bed lowers down from the ceiling. Thus four seats...
