You gotta be kidding comparing Roadtrek production to Advanced RV unless you consider a 9 day turn out process to 4 months. ARV does a week of QA at the finish before turning over an RV.

I still think it is mechanical. Maybe the BMS is malfunctioning but most likely it is not getting a reading from your batteries. If it can't get a reading it might be assuming the batteries are dead...

If the lithium ion batteries got so low then Roadtrek's system failed. Somehow I doubt that given the fact the batteries were disconnected, the van unused and it was only overnight.
