I expect the manufacturer probably has a trouble shooting/testing procedure that can be done with a multimeter. My isolator manufacturer (HDPSI) had a downloadable trouble shooting procedure...

The recall notice on their website did not distinguish between 100 and 200 amp models. It stated model numbers, including your model, and serial number ranges. What did the recall letter say about it...
