Hard to say, without knowing the condition of the rest of the charging system. If you can get the charging system verified as functional, your best bet is probably to replace like with like to start....

If you think you have reasonably priced RV insurance coverage through Allstate, stick with it until you have a chance to compare down the road.
Definitely get some sort of emergency road service....
