Default 1990 Dodge B250 Xplorer RV

1990 Dodge Xplorer 5.2L V8, 4 speed automatic with OD, approx. 135000 miles (previous owner thought it had about 135000, but odometer stopped working about 127000 before I bought it. Odometer recently rebuilt, now reads 127334). Interior includes plenty of storage; folding table that stores; 2 person, futon-style bed; sink; 2 burner stove; Panasonic microwave, it works; Dometic refrigerator that runs on propane, car battery, or house current; shower tub with new faucet; new toilet; new fresh water pump; roof vent with thermostat and new 3 speed switch; rebuilt odometer; cassette AM/FM radio; 6 disc external CD player (I have not used the CD but it runs, and appears to work); new driver's door window motor. Emerson Quiet Cool 110 AC, it works. Vehicle was winterized, toilet replaced and systems checked last year and "summerized" late this spring by Nolan's RV, a local RV dealer.
Exterior includes new front tires, aligned & balanced wheels; new engine compartment battery ( there is a separate battery under the side step for inside lights, etc.); new AC compressor; newly re-charged AC, and some dark blue paint retouching. Previous owner reports a transmission rebuild, date unknown. Engine runs strong. The overdrive component improves mileage efficiency greatly. No generator, but there is space for one. There are hook ups for electricity, city water and a tank for potable water that is served by the new pump. There is an awning, but I never used it, so it may need work. There is some fading on the light blue body paint sections. Front seats would benefit from new upholstery, but are not torn. All else works, to my knowledge, body is straight, and is in decent shape, considering its age! This Xplorer would be a great road tripper for extended camping, especially in the warmer climates in the winter, and certainly summer trips elsewhere! More photos available upon request. Van located in Denver, CO. $7300, OBO.
