I have a 2001 Roadtrek 190 Popular on a Dodge chassis with only 57,000 miles (hardly broken in) that I unfortunately have to put on the market due to health issues. It does NOT have a generator, but is in great condition; clean inside and out; no smoking, no pets. I have owned it for a year and because I intended to keep it "forever" have invested in the following:

new brakes, rotors and calipers
new shocks
replaced alternator and serpentine belt
repalced oxygen sensor
former owner installed new tires (only a couple thousand miles on them)
Trailer Hitch and metal platform carrier for extra gear.

Had it safety checked at an RV shop in Spring and everything in good and safe working order. I live in Wisconsin, so have recently had it winterized, and had intended to wait until Spring to sell it, but thought perhaps someone might be looking for a good buy with the intention of heading South for a couple of months, so posted it on Craigslist - Milwaukee, WI., but decided that the Roadtrek Forum might be a more logical place to post it, since folks looking for Roadtreks have a better understanding of their value. Title is clear and I am looking for a fair offer over $20,000. Thanks for any comments, suggestions or interest.
