Default Can I run my 12v refridge with Volta turned off?

Normally I keep my fridge on 24/7. The power it consumes at night is easily replaceable by my solar panels or daily putputing around town.

Now, I am fortunate to have a 2022 Travato 59KL. I think I will have to go to CalTech to learn how it all works.

How do I keep the the fridge running on 12v? The older Travato's had a power switch that I kept on all the time. This one it seems the Volta on/off is the power switch. I guess I can keep it on with the inverter turned off. But is that the only way?

Yes that is the best way, because if you shut off the Volta you kill all 12 volt stuff which includes important 12 volt cooling fans etcetera. To save battery draw do it this way and you’ll see a huge difference as the inverter is the single biggest parasitic draw.
