Default Hello from Alberta!

Hi from Alberta, we just bought a 1995 Dodge 3500 camper van and am loving it so far. I will definitely be picking your brains and getting info for the unit; how everything works, where to find everything, tips and tricks

Welcome to the Forums

Is the RV a Dodge built or other coach builder?

Some of the biggest names are CDN---the tip off would be robertson head screws

Many of the systems in RV are shared by different makes, furnaces, fridges and ac, stuff like that

Cheers, Mike

Welcome and CONGRULATIONS, on your new home away haha. Life on the road can be truly fun so try and step into each new adventure by doing a little homework. I enjoy boondocking
and getting away to ourselves time to relax and spin down. And a three days trip doing nothing but relaxing with my wife of 40-plus years works for us. At some point doing and stepping into changes will help you in many ways discover how fun RVing can truly be.

Hi i bought my unit in february and have used it 2 or 3 times since. I am still learning to properly use its features and fixing some little things. I plan on doing a road trip in a week up to Quebec. Hope there won't be to many hickups with the Covid fears and rules.

the best thing is you are isolated in your van, you don't have to use public restrooms

My Family lives in the Ottawa area and no probs crossing the border On/PQ
