We only have a sun activated hula dancer on our dashboard.

It's a step in the right direction. If you're lucky enough to have it, by all means flaunt it.
Now you've got me wanting to add one of those dancing dash ornaments to our old Roadie.

The DW doesn't visit classbforum much, I'll wager?

I have photos of her dancing on the dash. They were taken with an old Polaroid instant camera and I cant find the App to download them so that everyone can see them.

Pebbles will be making it way towards Boston this weekend and will be east all week. I'm hoping to catch up to it and get a peek.

Davydd,

You said "I had a choice to pick what I wanted be it Carefree or Fiamma. I went with a Fiamma electrical."

How did you choice between a Carefree or Flamma electrical box awning? Did Advanced RV help with the decision?

Also, their photos seem contradictory too as the slide side photo didn't have the fairing.
I know that you posted this a while ago, but as far as I can tell, the slideout on an LTV Free Spirit SS takes the place of a sliding door on the driver's side, like the driver's side sliding door on their Free Spirit TE. A sliding door already has all of the seals on the van needed for the slideout. They also wouldn't have to alter the structure of the Sprinter, which probably lowers their costs and keeps Mercedes happy, too. Looking at the photos of the TE on their site, I'm pretty sure that the fairing is mounted on the roof on both models, away from the door, so they wouldn't have to build two different fairings. If you roll your mouse over the photos of the TE in their photo gallery, it says that some of them actually are the SS.

Your attachment explains it. It is evidently an option and not mandatory. Thus different pictures of a Free Spirit SS.
