No problem. Thanks to Peter at Roadtrek Service for providing the raw data for the .csv file.
I should add a caveat to the files.
They are available for use "as is", and there is no warranty as to their accuracy, either
implied or expressed, but I do believe the locations to be as accurate as possible, working
from street addresses, and "what's here" on Google Maps to determine longitude and latitude.

Try it, and please report any problems or issues to this thread. I will try to resolve whatever I can,
on a best efforts basis.

That was easy to install on my Nuvi 250 using Garmin's free POI Loader.
