Default Bad Customer Service from RV Protection Products

I bought Progressive Dynamics PD4635 charger/converter from RV Protection Products out of Everett, Washington. I installed the converter this past weekend and it was faulty. I called RV Protection Products and the rude gentleman (I use the term loosely) talked down to me and even hung up on me. So much for customer service! I would steer clear of this company.

I'm happy to report Progressive Dynamics is a stand up company. They stand behind their products and are shipping out a new PD4635.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. The manufacturer Progressive Dynamics took care of me, because the vendor wouldn't. I am very pleased with the manufacturer of the part. However the vendor (RV Protection Products) didn't even attempt to address my concerns or problem. Therefore I would not recommend buying anything from this vendor . Hopefully that clears up what I was trying to say.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm in Washington, and would have probably called on RVPP eventually. Thanks for the info.
