Digital TV for your PC and other TV software

I keep getting emails for Digital TV for your PC and other similar software that lets you watch various Net-casts. I always deleted them but now that I have an RV they would seem to be quite useful. Has anyone tried these programs? Any good?

I havent seen the emails, maybe the computer spotted spam but there is a young boy at work that has digital tv on his computer. He told me he bought a card with a small antenna corded to it at a local Best Buy electronics store. He said everything was in there that was needed. I saw it and it looked great, better than my home TV.
