I ordered 385041501-A Dinosaur from Advanced Service And Parts for $198 including shipping. Board connection were the same as what was in the unit.

New dinosaur board fixed the problem. Was reasonably easy. Removed eyebrow board cover, fridge door, 4 front face screws and gas line then slid fridge forward far enough to access board. Thanks!

Sorry for the very long delay. I'd call the modifications successful. I do have some spring noise while on rough surfaces but ride and appearance are much better.

Regarding the "full length thread engagement" I hope yes. I am pretty sure the bolts are original so assuming there was an extra 3/8 inch then it should be good.
