We have returned from our 18,000 mile 3 month trip from MA to the SW and Alaska, etc. Things worked very well, no complaints about the van or conversion. 23-27mpg was nice....

A simple way to do curtains is to sew small magnets into the edges of the fabric and stick them to the metal around the windows. They are totally removable with no trace.

Got mattress foam for a buddy that is in the mattress business - if you can find a mattress manufacturer around.
I covered the foam with a waterproof...
