I've found a Coachmen Beyond 22C for sale. Still a little concerned about reviews for Coachmen. This is a 2021 AWD with all the bells, buttons and whistles. Low mileage....

The 2020 PW I mentioned in post #5 is pretty much up to date. Only thing missing are door screens and only 95W solar. I can deal with both.
