Sorry I was at the eye Dr. When I wrote that! Really! Those values should have been 120 to 130v range. Yes it's Tripp Lite rv750.

Yes I do have the manual and the diagram. I've been riding the Roadtrek for around 9k and know it pretty well. I'm thinking the charging portion of the inveterate is fried. Is this possible?

2006 Roadtrek 210 typical configuration.
When I use shore power or generator the house lights flash away even though the battery disconnect switch is off/on...the batteries are on. Even more...
