Adding a layer of cut sheet of fiberglass (Home Depot) glued with good construction glue with edges sealed with white polyurethane sealer (like 3M 5200) would seal the crack and add floor strength.

Is there a leak through this crack? I agree with the previous comment, is it a stress crack due to insufficient support for excessive weight.
