Default Fresh water tank needed

I need a fresh water tank from a 2000 Pleasureway wide body van.

If anyone knows if one or where to look would really appreciate it!!

Have you called Pleasureway? Just a slight possibility they have any old stock.

Realistically, you're probably looking at having someone fabricate a new one or repair your old one.

Here's a post at airforums where someone got their tank repaired.

Thanks.
The old one is gone!
PO says the exhaust broke and fell on it and melted the whole thing.
I have looked at putting a new rectangular one in..that looks extremely difficult..original must be fit.
No luck with Pleasureway..1st place I tried
Will have to find salvage yards if I can I guess..finding it very difficult to find evrn a salvsge yard!

Thx for responding

Pleasureway emailed me back and said their supplier could produce one.
Will go see a dealer tomorrow!

Fingers crossed that its not unreasonably expensive!

Oh, it will be, but what are your options? Finding a junked model that is an exact match is hard enough, but getting a used 20 yr. old tank out of it without breaking a connection is another challenge.

Buy new and know you'll never need another (barring another exhaust problem). Good luck.

Try a foodcart manufacturer. The carts use similar types of tanks. You can roto mold outlets anywhere on the tank.

Pleasure Way will not sell to a customer of theirs. They told me to go through a local PW dealer and get it through them. I was stuck in the other end of the US in need of a fresh water tank for my 2006 PW. And they didn't hurry on it. But it was an exact fit and the install went very well. It wasn't cheap either.

Jam, those poly tanks can run you from $200 to $350. So be careful. They ain't cheap.
Wish there was an easier way for you. Even the install runs some money, around $400
where I was in Oregon. And I'm from Florida. So we had to get done what we had to get done and bite the bullet. Hell, it's just money, right? Hope you find the right fix!
