They did take most of the inventory but a guy, I think in Florida, was said to have bought the body part molds for at least some of the models. Probably the Dodges and Chevies as the others were models carried over I think.

He was going to start producing those panels but I don't know if anyone actually found him or not.

I think I found him.

He is in Jackson, Mississippi.

He stated he bought the Chevy molds.

This is also a new RV dealer.

Brian is a great guy. He has jumped into Roadtrek sales and repairs, and has become one of the go to dealers from owners. I didn't realize that he had purchased the molds, but I did note a few classic Roadtreks in his repair lot.

I talked to Brian two years ago when I was fixing the storage door on my Dodge RT. I don't recall the details, but I got the impression that there were a lot of complicating factors involved, especially in regard to the Dodge molds -- that it was not clear who owned them or where they were exactly.

That might indicate that the Dodge parts were mostly or all purchased from a company that already had the molds for use on conversion vans or other class Bs. It would be interesting if any original Roadtrek employees know for sure.

A month ago Van.Live replaced the passenger sider rear bumper cover and the corner piece next to it. I gave them the paint number (found on the drivers door) so they had the parts in hand and painted on the day of my installation.

However, their regular fiberglass person was not there the day of my appointment, so another mechanic did the install. When I got home the narrow portion of the bumper cover was pooched out from the bumper, about 1". Am going back to have the installation corrected.

We waited in the waiting room for a few hours for the work to be done. Nothing within walking distance to go to during the wait. We brought lunch in with us to eat while waiting.
