Enter the number 49: 49

The "Enter the number 49:" question in your profile is a security feature. Basically a "person" can read and enter the correct number "49". A "bot" crawling the web doesn't understand what is required. I want "people" to join the forum not "bots".

Since adding the "Enter the number 49:" question I haven't had any spam bots register on the forum.

I really do not know what you mean or where we should put 49. I take it that it is for security reasons

New users have to enter it when prompted.

Previous users have to enter it if they modify their profile.

Basically, it is a custom question Spam bots aren't programmed for custom questions so they can't sign up. It is working great.
