Default Water leak

I have a 2000 RT Versatile on a Chevy chassis. Iíve been struggling with water leaks in the backend for a couple of years now. It Looks like itís coming from the side windows now. Has anyone had this problem?
It seems strange thereís no visibility of water coming from the window.

The rubber gasket around the window has shrunk with age. I just forced a black sealant around the window with a finger. It stopped the leak without having to remove the window.
