We only got the 400. She researched and thought for our needs that was the right amount. We ended up with:

300 Solar (Only got 300 due to keeping height of van down - other posts)
400 Lithium
Diesel Alde (No Propane)
Charcoal (out)/Grey (in)
Volt Start (Under Hood Gen)

I questioned whether we should have gone with 800 but she said "no". We will see. Her logic was we wouldn't be staying anywhere more than 1 day or 2 at the most. Also, she is not a fan of air (keeps our house set to 80-81 degrees) so she believes we are okay....time will tell.

If your style is 1 or 2 days at the most you will have no problem with 400ah. 800ah and Voltstart will not solve anyone's air conditioning concerns. When that dire common sense is to seek shore power. That is extremely rare for me as a northerner. It might be a greater concern for a southerner, but campgrounds with shore power are very common now including public campgrounds.

Thx and agree. We are former northerners and despite that it needs to be extremely warm before she will seek to turn on air. Heat is another issue. I need to do a bit more research on the power consumption of the Diesel Alde and or electric blankets.

The key to this entire purchase was the fact that we could store within our condo's garage. We are minimalists so the size is fine but for the difference in cash, if I had to store I would have gotten a full-sized B.

Added Note: We kept her BMW X3 till we knew the Agile would fit. Brought that to CarMax last evening. Second good experience with them. Was offered $1,500 dollars more than black book wholesale so better than we expected.
